Ready to try your hand at tailoring a jacket? This seven-week class will introduce you to the basics of tailoring
as you sew a jacket. Marla will take you through the steps of constructing a jacket as you learn how to proof the
pattern, choose and apply fusible interfacings, sew a collar, set in pucker-free sleeves, attach shoulder pads and
sleeve heads and construct and insert lining. A recommended pattern list will be available in the store. Would you
like to add double welt pockets and/or bound buttonholes to your jacket? Sign up for the
Bound Buttonholes/Double Welt Pockets class.
